Based on the concept of Positive Symbiosis, R&F works with investors, employees, business partners, supply chains, communities, regulators and environmental protection institutions to constantly create values and practice social responsibility.

Approach to Business

R&F has devised a management procedure that covers an entire range of services, to ensure strict criteria are applied in the process of choosing project sites, controlling project quality, develop surrounding facilities and providing property management.

Approach to Environment

R&F actively engages in design of green building. More than 30 projects of R&F have received China Green Building Label or Certification by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), among which, Beijing Sina Headquarter Laboratory Building has achieved LEED Platinum, the highest level of LEED certification.

R&F spares no effort in contributing to social charity,
Accumulated 700 million RMB in different categories of donation.

Public Security
In 2007, donated 10 million RMB to Guangzhou Foundation for Justice and Courage and Guangzhou Narcotics Control Foundation; In 2013, donated 10 million RMB to Guangzhou Public Security Foundation for purchase of 100 patrol cars.
Cultural Education
R&F initiated establishment of “Hope Project Private Enterprise Education Foundation” and later set up “R&F Property Group Hope Project Education Foundation”, which was the first hope project education foundation funded by private enterprise. R&F is the first private enterprise to fund hope project education foundation.
Humanitarian disaster relief
In 2008, donated over 10 million RMB and nearly 20 cars of relief supplies to victims of Wenchuan earthquake; In 2010, donated 1 million RMB to victims of Yushu earthquake; In 2010, donated 6 million RMB to victims of devastating floods in Lingshui County and Wenchang County of Hainan Province.
Targeted Poverty Alleviation
Poverty Alleviation in Zengcheng: In 2011, R&F donated 111 million RMB for community infrastructure enhancement in Zengcheng, which changed landscape of Zhenrong Town within one year and supported poverty alleviation Xiaolou Town.
Poverty Alleviation in Hainan: R&F has collaborated with Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, Flower Association of Hainan Province, University of Hainan to promote development modern agriculture in Hainan. Currently the group has kicked off a project of Rice Cultivation Demonstration Base in Wentan Village of Lingao County.
Dignity for the Old and Young
R&F donated 10 million RMB to Guangzhou Children Welfare Office; donated 1.05 million RMB to Guangzhou Charity Association and another 15.08 million RMB in 2006. Given outstanding contribution to charity cause, R&F has been named “Top 10 Charity Star” by Guangzhou Charity Association.

Football Diplomacy

During Spring Festival of 2017, Guangzhou R&F Football Club travelled to Malawi, an African country, to celebrate launch of Malawi Bingu National Stadium – a significant project that symbols friendship between China and Malawi.

Football Aid to Xinjiang

In the end of 2017, Guangzhou R&F Football Club conducted an in-depth filed research in Kashi of Xinjiang and supported rapid and orderly development teenage football in Kashi by kicking off training programs for local football talent and establishing teenage football training base locally.

Accessible Campus Football

R&F set up various football events. “R&F Cup” has been held since 2014, which attracted over 1200 schools, 1300 teams and 25 thousand students every session, becoming the largest campus football event nationwide.

2015, R&F created “Consulate Cup” football match, aiming to forge a football culture exchange event for foreign institutions in China and continuously contribute to football and cultural exchange between China and international community.
